Refund Policy

Deep Decision ($39) — 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If your Deep Decision isn't useful to you, email us within 7 calendar days after your report is delivered and we'll refund your purchase in full. This guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of any rights you have by law, including the EU/UK right to cancel (section 8).

If a technical problem on our side keeps your Deep Decision from being delivered, we'll restore your access and complete it, or refund you in full — whenever you contact us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. The report you've already received stays available to read, but a refunded purchase can't be used to start a new Deep Decision. We may decline requests involving fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse of this policy. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

2. LFL Foundation ($197) — retired from new sales

30-day money-back guarantee. Work through as much as you like — if the Foundation doesn't build you something you actually use, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked, no completion conditions.

3. LFL Clarity Blueprint ($97/month) — retired from new sales, active subscriptions unaffected

Cancel anytime — self-serve from your account page or by emailing support. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for the current billing cycle — except: (a) our Month-1 guarantee (if the first month doesn’t land, cancel and email us for a full refund), and (b) the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right described in Section 8.

4. Archetype AI Stack ($497) — Retired

This product was retired in July 2026 and is no longer available for purchase. Customers who bought it before retirement keep full access to their materials; the original 14-day guarantee applied at the time of purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@legacyframeoflife.com with your order confirmation and the product name. We process refunds within 5 business days.

8. EU/UK Customers: Your Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are in the EU or UK, the law gives you a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases without giving a reason. That statutory right is separate from our voluntary guarantees above. Our guarantees are in addition to it and never replace or limit it.

Right before it starts, we ask you to tick a box (never pre-ticked) asking us to start now and acknowledging that your 14-day right to cancel ends once your Deep Decision has been fully provided. We record the exact wording you confirmed with the date and time, and attempt to email you a copy. If it does not arrive, contact us for your recorded copy. Until your Deep Decision has been fully provided, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The voluntary 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies either way.
