1. What We Collect

• ●Email address and name (provided when taking the quiz or purchasing)
• ●Quiz responses and archetype results
• ●Goals and inputs you provide inside purchased products (for example, in exercises or the journey)
• ●Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
• ●Usage data (pages visited, time on site) via Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies
• ●Chat conversations with our website chat assistant, logged and read only by Jean Pierre, to check the answers it gives are accurate

2. How We Use It (Including AI Processing)

• ●To deliver your purchased products and archetype report
• ●AI processing: your quiz responses, archetype results, and goals are processed by AI language models — Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) and Groq — to generate your personalized report, exercises, and tool recommendations. These outputs are AI-generated. Our AI providers process this data to provide the service; we do not permit them to use it to train their models.
• ●The website chat assistant is an AI system (Google Vertex AI Gemini) — it tells you so in the chat window
• ●To send you relevant emails about your archetype journey, including a short onboarding email series after you request your report (you can unsubscribe anytime, from any email)
• ●To improve our products and content
• ●We do not sell your data to any third party

3. Third-Party Services

• ●Stripe (payment processing — under Stripe’s own privacy policy and data processing terms)
• ●Google Cloud Vertex AI — Gemini (generates your personalized report, exercises, and recommendations)
• ●Groq (AI processing for exercise prompts)
• ●HubSpot (email and CRM)
• ●Google Analytics (site analytics — loads only with your consent)
• ●Secure private database (profile storage, self-hosted)
• ●n8n (automation — self-hosted)

These providers process data in the United States. Where EU/UK data protection law applies, transfers rely on our providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

4. Your Rights

• ●Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ●Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
• ●Deletion — ask us to delete your data
• ●Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON)
• ●Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email
• ●Withdraw analytics consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the bottom-left corner of any page
• ●To exercise any of these, email support@legacyframeoflife.com — we will respond within 30 days

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are: contract (delivering your report and purchases), consent (analytics cookies and marketing emails), and legitimate interest (site security and improving our products).

5. Data Retention

• ●Quiz responses and archetype results — kept while your profile is active; deleted on request
• ●Chat conversations — kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Read only by Jean Pierre; never shared, sold, or used to train a model. Email support@legacyframeoflife.com and yours are deleted sooner
• ●Purchase records — kept as long as required for tax and accounting law
• ●Email address — kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion

6. Security & Breach Notification

Your data is stored on access-controlled, self-hosted infrastructure. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay — and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it where the GDPR applies — with what happened and what we are doing about it.

7. Children

Legacy Frame of Life is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email support@legacyframeoflife.com and we will delete it.
