Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• ●Email address and name (provided when taking the quiz or purchasing)
• ●Quiz responses and archetype results
• ●Goals and inputs you provide inside purchased products (for example, in exercises or the journey)
• ●For Deep Decision: the decision and context you submit, your answers and follow-ups, and the report and decision history created from them
• ●The free first-decision preview stays in your browser while you use it. You can choose to save a board on this device in browser storage; clearing that browser removes the copy. If you choose to save by email, we receive your decision, goal, firm limit, and email address; the board is saved to your account only after you open the one-time email link. If you choose to carry answers through checkout, those three answers are placed in that tab’s session storage for up to one hour and removed after transfer or expiry. We do not send free board content to an AI provider.
• ●If you use the optional microphone in Deep Decision, your recording is sent to Groq for transcription. We show you editable text before you submit it and do not save the recording in our product database.
• ●Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
• ●First-party site measurement: page path, referring path, a browser session identifier, and fixed page or product-step labels. This is recorded by our site even if you decline Google Analytics cookies; decision text is not included in these events.
• ●Google Analytics site measurement — only if you accept analytics cookies

2. How We Use It

• ●To deliver your purchased products and archetype report
• ●To save the free decision board you request, send its one-time access link, and let you return to edit it. Requesting this link does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
• ●To tailor the archetype path, exercises, and product guidance you request. If you use Deep Decision, we send your decision content to an AI analysis provider to generate and revise your report. Research queries are designed to omit your account details and full decision text.
• ●To send you relevant emails about your archetype journey, including a short onboarding email series after you request your report (you can unsubscribe anytime, from any email)
• ●To improve our products and content
• ●We do not sell your data to any third party

3. Third-Party Services

• ●Stripe (payment processing — under Stripe’s own privacy policy and data processing terms)
• ●Resend (transactional email delivery)
• ●Hostinger (consent-based email delivery)
• ●Google Analytics (site analytics — loads only with your consent)
• ●Groq (AI analysis and optional voice transcription for Deep Decision)
• ●Oracle Cloud (website hosting and private backups)
• ●Secure private database (profile storage, self-hosted)
• ●n8n (automation — self-hosted)

Providers may process data in different countries. Their specific processing locations and transfer safeguards are being reviewed before Deep Decision is offered publicly.

4. Your Rights

• ●Deletion — ask us to delete your data
• ●Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON)
• ●Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email
• ●Withdraw analytics consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the bottom-left corner of any page

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are: contract (delivering your report and purchases), consent (analytics cookies and marketing emails), and legitimate interest (site security and improving our products).

5. Data Retention

• ●Quiz responses and archetype results — kept while your profile is active; deleted on request
• ●Chat conversations — stored in our database; contact us to request deletion. The automated retention schedule is under review.
• ●Deep Decision content and reports — kept while your account is active unless you request deletion; account deletion uses a 7-day cooling-off period
• ●A free saved decision board — kept while your account is active unless you request deletion; unused save links expire after 15 minutes and their pending drafts are removed by routine cleanup
• ●Database backups — kept for up to about 30 days; deleted information can remain in an older backup until it rotates out
• ●Purchase records — kept as long as required for tax and accounting law
• ●Email address — kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion

6. Security & Breach Notification

Your data is stored on access-controlled, self-hosted infrastructure. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay — and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it where the GDPR applies — with what happened and what we are doing about it.

7. Children

Legacy Frame of Life is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email support@legacyframeoflife.com and we will delete it.
